"Going into the coaching I didn’t have much expectation of what results I may get. I also did not really know what I wanted from it, so I guess I undervalued it. On reflection and on completion of the coaching, I realise I am much more self-aware, self-critical, and self-reflective. I have gone through a journey of analysing how I approach things, how I lead and how I manage. There are so many positives to take from my professional coaching and I have found some real golden nuggets of information.

"I Initially got in touch with Envision4U to focus on what I deemed was my weakness – decision making. I have always struggled in moving forward with conviction and find myself anxious in situations where decisions need to be made. However, after my first session I knew I was going to gain much more than just help with decision making.
My sessions felt relaxed which was perfect for me and our discussions went off on tangents into other useful areas, such as building my own confidence and relying more on my senior colleagues input and guidance.
