Martin is an experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist, bringing more than 20 years of coaching and leadership experience alongside a 36-year career with British Gas.
Beginning his career in engineering, Martin progressed into senior leadership, managing and developing diverse teams across multiple sectors and locations.
This combination of technical, operational and leadership experience gives him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by managers and leaders at every level.
Martin holds an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a member of EMCC UK, working to high professional and ethical coaching standards.
He specialises in executive coaching, leadership and management development, supporting new and aspiring managers as well as established leaders navigating complex challenges.
His practical, people-centred approach helps clients build self-awareness, confidence and leadership capability, turning insight into meaningful action.
Martin is also an accredited Clarity4D Business Partner, using the framework to strengthen self-awareness, communication, team dynamics and leadership effectiveness.
At the heart of Martin’s approach is a simple belief: people do not always need to be given the answers — with the right questions, space and support, they can discover those answers for themselves and create lasting change.
Karena Lawson

Karena is a Partner at Envision4U, bringing extensive commercial, operational and people-management experience gained across corporate, technology and SME environments.
Her career has spanned the regulated environment of AstraZeneca, the fast-moving internet security industry and the operational demands of a busy stone fabrication business, giving her a practical understanding of balancing people, processes, customers and commercial priorities.
A significant chapter of her career was spent at SurfControl PLC, which grew into a FTSE 250 company and was described by its former CEO as “one of the first NW Unicorns.” As UK & Ireland Renewals Manager.
Karena led a growing team responsible for multi-million-pound renewal revenues across direct accounts and an extensive reseller network.
Alongside commercial performance, she placed considerable importance on developing and supporting her team. This reinforced a belief that remains important to her today: good leadership isn't simply about achieving results — it's about creating the conditions in which people can perform, develop and succeed.
Today, Karena plays a key role in the growth of Envision4U, overseeing business development, strategic operations and partnerships. She works closely with businesses, HR professionals and partner organisations to identify opportunities for collaboration and build long-term value.
Her approach is simple: listen first, understand what people genuinely need and build partnerships based on trust rather than the hard sell.

Michelle holds a Masters in Human Resource
